MLOps and responsible AI

Models that keep working long after launch. We deploy them properly, watch their accuracy as the world changes, retrain them on schedule, and put rules in place for bias, privacy and human review.

What’s included

Deployment

Models served as APIs or scheduled jobs, versioned and easy to roll back.

Monitoring

Accuracy and data drift tracked, with alerts when either moves.

Retraining pipelines

New data in, a new model trained and checked before it replaces the old one.

Model registry

Every model version, its data and its results on record.

Responsible AI policies

Rules for bias checks, privacy, and when a person must review.

When it makes sense

  • A model works in a notebook but not in production.
  • Accuracy has dropped and nobody noticed when.
  • Customers or regulators ask how your AI makes decisions.

What you get

  • A deployment pipeline
  • Dashboards and alerts for model health
  • A retraining process
  • Written AI policies your team can follow

Tools we work with

We pick what fits your project and your team, and we’ll say why.

  • MLflow
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • GitHub Actions

Questions about MLOps and responsible AI

What is model drift?

The data a model sees in production slowly changes from the data it was trained on, so its predictions get worse. Monitoring catches that early.

Do we need this for one model?

A light version, yes: versioning, monitoring and an alert. The full setup pays off when you run several models.
