Questions about analytics, BI and dashboards
Which BI tool should we use?
If you’re on Microsoft 365, Power BI is often the natural choice. Looker suits teams that want metrics defined in code, and Metabase is a good low-cost start. We recommend one after seeing how your team works.
Can you fix dashboards we already have?
Yes. We usually start by checking the numbers against the source, then simplify what people actually use.
